John R. Johnston, Sr., age 67

John R. Johnston, Sr., age 67, of Upper Darby, PA, passed away on November 13, 2014. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Joseph and Vira Johnston (nee Guinan). John was a self-employed electrician for 40 years. He retired in 2010. He was a life member of Cardington-Stonehurst Fire Company and Millbourne Fire Company. He was also a member of Lansdowne Lodge 711 and Friendship Chapter 551 OES.

John is survived by his wife, Lois M. Johnston (nee Stidham), his children Christine Johnston (Joe Walters), John R. Johnston, Jr. (Alexis), and Kathleen Johnston, his siblings Linda Hardik, William Johnston and Debra Lynn Grisafi, 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
