Call to order by Paul Blanford at 19:40 with salute to the flag and turn over to President for prayer and tribute to deceased members.

Report of the sick – Roland is back in service, Jim Jeffcoat, Joe Bradley having issues walking still along with Dave Schlott, Bill Eisenhart is going down fast having issues with his memory and can’t even remember what’s going on. He will be moved to the 2nd floor where he will not be allowed out, at this time he is not allowed visitors. Getting final arrangements made. Timmy Cohen is getting around and walking better, Dave Schaffer is in rehab and not doing good.

Report of Committees
Radio – 11 months till the new system, all radios and hardware is in and starting testing. If all testing goes in then we will be starting in December, if not additional towers will be put in paid by Kenwood. NCC is also switching to the new system and should be running by December. New pagers will be out with the system. Zello, Active 911, and digital Paging will be staying. Scanners can be purchased but the Unification pager is recommended but cost $600. Any station alerting system must use a pager. Fire Police will have channels on the new system. County will be giving us the 5300 radios for use. EMS that is hospital based will not be getting radios. Traffic 53 and Traffic 10 will be getting radios but no other fire police.
Training – Gulio
Advanced class will be held on Jan 18 & 19 8am – 4pm at Newtown Square Fire Company Station 41.
CPR Recert class will be held on Feb 12th 7pm at Parkside Fire Company Station 45, $10/person
Basic class will be held in the summer time, need at least 10 people.
Awards – N/A
Banquet – Checked with Lia’s to get the Ogden Fire Company for a date TBD, Price to be $25/person
By-Laws – Bylaws will be back together and put out next meeting.
Uniforms & Equipment – Patches were discussed and we need people to get at least 50 to order, if we can get at least half to order. Hats were discussed and they are $15 from Brothers Embroidery. Tom Anderson asked if we can get stuff made in advance and this was declined due to cost and no place to store.
Memorial – May 14th at the training center. Joe Bradley will not be on it this year so we need the help. Meeting will be the 21st at 7pm at the Aston Diner.

State Fireman’s Association
State Fire Police Association – Lois went to Nanticoke in November for the meeting. Officer changes have been made and there is no 2nd VP for the state. The state will be going with w3nerds for the website. Cumberland County will become a member for $15/year. Please check the membership those with the pound sign (#) and number will be deleted. The state needs allocation for the next meeting. Need a FEMA ID to go into Cadis for training records. You can get a FEMA ID number through fema.gov

New Business – Bob Hall is the President of Chester County Fire Police this year. Paul Grothman told us about him.

Report of Commissioner – CADIS (Online Classes) needs a FEMA ID to log-in. If you have an account you can only have the 1 account. This is for online training
Good of the Association – Gulio discussed the responses for the year. There was 2100 calls for the year. Steve and Gulio thanked everyone for the responses and reminded everyone of proper radio traffic and response procedures. Steve thanked everyone for all the responses and stay warm and stay safe and lets keep up the great work again this year.
Payment of Bills – Amanda read the bills and motion was made to pay the bills by Gulio 2nd by John Pacino
